Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

Depending on how you use Task Point, we may process the following information:

• Account information: a user identifier and, when you choose a third-party sign-in method, information provided by that service such as your name, email address, or profile image.
• Content you create: tasks, task descriptions, dates, times, repeat settings, completion status, focus-session information, and app preferences.
• Purchase information: subscription or purchase status and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
• Technical information: limited device, app-version, authentication, security, and diagnostic information that may be processed by Apple or Firebase to provide their services and keep the app reliable.

You may use Guest Mode where available. In Guest Mode, Firebase may create an anonymous user identifier. Tasks and related app content may be stored on your device and synchronized with Firebase to provide app functionality.

2. How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide task planning, focus sessions, widgets, Live Activities, synchronization, and other app functionality;
• authenticate users and protect accounts;
• confirm Premium access and restore eligible purchases;
• respond to support requests;
• maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve reliability; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Services that process information

Task Point may rely on service providers that process information under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: authentication, cloud database, and related infrastructure.
• Google Sign-In: account authentication when selected by the user.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple when available, App Store purchases, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and platform services.

We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to handle it consistently with this Privacy Policy and to provide the same or an equivalent level of protection required by applicable law.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies.

4. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for third-party advertising. Information may be disclosed to the service providers described above, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain account information and cloud-synced app content while your account remains active or for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements.

You can delete your Task Point account and associated personal information directly inside the app through Account Settings. You may also contact us for help by emailing ewe420.solutions@gmail.com. To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained where legally required or where it has been securely anonymized.

Deleting Task Point does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID subscription settings.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children

Task Point is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may exercise an applicable right by contacting us. You can also manage permissions through iOS settings and manage purchases through your Apple ID.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Task Point or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the date shown above.
